Hälsa Hemma (Swedish for health at home) is a smart health care centre with short waiting times.

What is a smart health care centre?

On the worst day of the year, you dont want to get on the bus and go to the health care centre. We visit you at home for examinations and tests.

Hälsa Hemma is a smart health care centre with home visits offered in the Malmö/Lund, Stockholm and Gothenburg areas. Our operations are run on behalf of each region and are part of the public healthcare system in Sweden. Normal patient fees and "frikort" applies.

You start by opening a case in the Hälsa Hemma app, where we help you with all your medical needs - such as prescriptions, referrals or sick leave. When we need to meet in person for an examination or test, your doctor and nurse will come to your home.

What does it cost?
Children and elderly: Free of charge
Home visit or video meeting: Max. 250 SEK (depending on your region)
Text conversations in the app are free

Normal patient fees and “frikort” applies of course.

HealthKit connection:

The Hälsa Hemma app is connected to HealthKit, and the doctor can when needed use your Apple Watch or other HealthKit connected wearable medical device to:

- Measure your ECG
- Measure your pulse
- Measure your blood oxygen saturation (POX)
- Get a better picture of your overall health through step counting data and active calories burned



När du har ett pågående ärende hos din vårdcentral är det viktigt med kontinuitet - att det är samma doktor som följer dig hela vägen. På Hälsa Hemma vårdcentral blir du tilldelad ett team i din geografiska närhet som du kan kommunicera med både via chatt och video. Vid behov kommer läkaren eller sköterskan hem till dig för provtagning eller undersökning.

Hälsa Hemma-appen är ansluten till HealthKit och läkaren kan, vid behov, använda Apple Watch eller annan HealthKit-ansluten medicinteknisk utrustning för att:

- Mäta ditt EKG
- Mäta din puls
- Mäta syresättning av ditt blod (POX)
- Få en bättre bild av din generella hälsa genom stegräknar-data och aktiv kaloriförbränning
